This bill appropriates $6,442,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for campus improvements at South Central College’s North Mankato campus. The funds will be used to design, renovate, and equip classroom and lab spaces for programs in agribusiness, architectural drafting and design, civil engineering technology, dental assisting, emergency medical services, and geographic information systems.

To fund this appropriation, the bill authorizes the commissioner of management and budget to sell and issue state bonds under Minnesota law and the state constitution.
