This bill proposes a modification to a previously established appropriation for the construction of an interchange at U.S. Highway 169 and Trunk Highway 282 in Scott County, Minnesota. It amends Laws 2023, Chapter 68, Article 1, Section 17, Subdivision 10. The bill allocates $4.9 million from the general fund in fiscal year 2024 to the Minnesota Department of Transportation for a grant to Scott County.
