This bill appropriates funding for early learning scholarships in Minnesota. It allocates $96,565,000 from the general fund for each of the fiscal years 2026 and 2027 to the commissioner of children, youth, and families. These funds will support the state's early learning scholarships program as outlined in Minnesota Statutes, section 142D.25. The appropriation is added to the base funding for the program.
