This bill proposes an appropriation of $680,000 for fiscal years 2026 and 2027 from Minnesota's general fund to the state's Department of Employment and Economic Development. The funds will be granted to Rethos, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, to support the expansion of the Main Street America Minnesota program.
