This bill proposes to appropriate $2,500,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Cohasset. The funds will be used for public infrastructure improvements, including:

• Rehabilitation of the city's water tower
  
• Extension of water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer infrastructure citywide
  
• Associated street reconstruction
  

To finance this appropriation, the commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds up to $2,500,000 in accordance with Minnesota statutes and the state constitution.
