This bill proposes appropriating $4,000,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Minnesota Commissioner of Employment and Economic Development for a grant to the city of Northfield. The funds will be used to design, construct, and equip improvements to Bridge Square Park in Northfield's historic downtown district.
