This bill prohibits the Minnesota Commissioner of Transportation from reducing travel lanes, constructing a boulevard, or implementing a land bridge on Interstate Highway 94 between Minneapolis and St. Paul. It also prevents the commissioner from using funds to study, promote, or propose such designs. However, exceptions are allowed for necessary lane closures related to resurfacing, reconstruction, maintenance, or emergency repairs.
