This bill proposes an appropriation of $25,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2026 for the removal of old single-bay aircraft shelters and the construction of new universal aircraft parking shelters at the Duluth Air National Guard Base for the 148th Fighter Wing of the Minnesota Air National Guard. The funding is a one-time appropriation and will remain available until spent, subject to Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
