This Minnesota House bill requires an exception to the age and size limitations for customized living and 24-hour customized living services under the Brain Injury (BI) and Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) waivers. Specifically, it directs the Commissioner of Human Services to apply these exceptions to three housing settings in Eden Prairie (located at 8751, 8761, and 8771 Preserve Boulevard). These settings, as of July 1, 2022, had the capacity to serve ten clients each.
