This bill, introduced in the Minnesota House of Representatives during the 94th legislative session, appropriates $3,000,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2025 to the commissioner of transportation. The funds will be used for the preliminary design of a grade-separated interchange at the intersection of Trunk Highway 36 and Trunk Highway 120 in the cities of North St. Paul and Oakdale. The appropriation is a one-time allocation and remains available until the project is completed or abandoned, in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, section 16A.642.
