This bill (H.F. No. 1568) appropriates $762,000 from the general fund in fiscal year 2026 to the Minnesota Department of Transportation. The funds will be granted to the city of Columbus for improvements to Hornsby Street Northeast, from Trunk Highway 97 to Eureka Avenue. The project includes various upgrades such as predesign, design, construction, street reconstruction, stormwater improvements, and other related work on adjacent roads.
