This bill appropriates $6,250,000 from the bond proceeds fund to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to the city of Jordan to finance wastewater treatment improvements. The funding will support the design, construction, and equipping of upgrades, including:

• Replacement of a lift station, pumps, and piping
  
• Replacement of the final clarifier
  
• Rehabilitation and replacement of wastewater pretreatment infrastructure
  

To fund this appropriation, the commissioner of management and budget is authorized to sell and issue state bonds totaling up to $6,250,000, following the provisions set by Minnesota Statutes and the state constitution.
