This bill proposes a new law in Minnesota requiring that when a rental license is issued or renewed in a city or town, the local government must provide landlords with a copy of the Attorney General’s Landlord-Tenant Guide. If the license is processed electronically, a link to the guide on the Attorney General’s website must be provided instead.
