   • Dealers must display a visible notice stating their licensing status, the possibility of animals being used for research, and their hours of operation.
   • The BAH must maintain and publicly post a list of licensed kennels and dealers, annual reports, inspection and enforcement records, and information on revoked licenses.

4. Commercial Breeder Inspections & Public Posting:

   • The board must inspect each licensed commercial breeding facility at least annually, though breeders with two consecutive years of compliance may be inspected every two years.
   • The board must post on its public website:
     • A list of licensed commercial breeders and the number of animals they sold in the previous year.
     • Copies of annual reports, inspection records, and enforcement actions from the last five years.
     • A list of breeders with revoked or expired licenses, including reasons for revocation.
